@Kaac_M @bookingcom Yeah, https://t.co/cyr7HtCgq1 hid behind their policies when we wanted a refund. Said we had to speak to the vendor and at the time it wasn't safe for us to do so - drugs in drawers opened meat in freezer. Offered an insult of a refund. Won't use them again. No trust.

@Glaspark @shanksvill26184 @bookingcom And when you do speak to someone they say sort it with the owners. They were the cause of the issue so of course wouldn't agree to a refund. Total scam mongers.

@shanksvill26184 @bookingcom I don't think we'd use them again after not refunding a reservation where we found drugs, damaged glass units and raw, opened food in the kitchen. They said to discuss it with the owner who we're sure were the people who left it in such a state. Too easy to hide behind policies!

@bookingcom still think that this level of cleanliness, used hygiene products, drugs in drawers, damaged glass units and used food in a freezer isn't grounds for a refund. Saying the property owner is responsible for agreeing a refund. Avoid using them as you'll be out of pocket

@bookingcom Hi, a complaint was raised at the time of our arrival. We didn't want to deal with the property as the area looked like it would be an issue if we'd raised a problem. A complaint was raised by Cherry at the time but nothing really came of it except an insultingly small credit.
