If you’re at #ICML2025 come by my poster 1230-1300. We examine survival by anthracycline use in older cHL patients. TLDR: use anthracycline if at all possible! @DavidJCutter@graham74GC

Steve Ansell highlighting late effects of our treatment. No ‘safe dose’ of dox with respect to cardiac toxicity. Good data for dexrazoxane cardio protection with no evidence of ‘tumour protection’. #ISHL13#lymsm
Abscopal effect does exist in #Hodgkin lymphoma when RT 20Gy is given to PD-1 treated patiens. New distant responses seen outside RT fields. Pembro-RT an option in R/R HL with limited disease #ISHL13#lymsm dr Christian Bauses. Also safe with RT with low doses! AERN trial !

Great presentation by @ABarrettHaem on the NHSE dataset of older pts with Hodgkin lymphoma. ABVD assoc with best outcomes but of course used in fitter pts. Profound impact of age, PS, comorbidities in this age group. #ISHL13#lymsm
