@RyanAFournier $200 billion from tariffs instead i guess. Paid for by the people who buy stuff. Poor people use basically all their money to buy stuff.
Another win for the wealthy who spend relatively small % of their income buying stuff but are shouldering a lot of the income tax today
@BobMckraken@steve12attorney@tribelaw The fantastic thing about it was at the time of the Garland debacle Lindsay Graham said it wasnt political at all and if the parties were reversed he would still agree to it “else you can call me a hypocrite.” Of course he votes for Barrett 4-1/2 years later. Hypocrite! HAHAHA
@steve12attorney@tribelaw No this was the whole mitch mcconnell thing when he wouldnt put garland to the floor in March 2016 because “it was too close to the presidential election” but then rushed through Barrett which was in September just before the election.
@SteveSkojec@MarkHertling Its one thing to decide against funding foreign wars but quite another to come down on the side of the aggressor
I feel like Putin’s palms must be hurting from all the high fives from his sycophants. Sickens me.
@WayneRandazzo i think we should also add the invisible or imaginary runner rule like when we were kids and there werent enough players on each team. Get the lead invisible runner out at second before the batter makes it to first.
So many opportunities to improve baseball!
@Rightanglenews@LeadingReport (Yahoo Finance). Stock up to 40 after market reopened Monday - 80 million shares traded that Monday vs about 4.5 million per day the previous week
@Rightanglenews@LeadingReport Actually that is not the case. Between July 5 and July 12, DJT appears to trade normally, between an interday low of 28.70 and a high of 31.55 (which was on Friday, July 12, the day before the attempt). Trading volume was normal.
@BrunoChieco6@NateSilver538 i’d like to believe it but - any facts to back up that projection? Or just your opinion? Latest 538 has Harris ahead by 2.3 pp nationally which means electorally its a toss up
@Damaan4u33 Doesn’t make sense to me. I admire her political courage but on the issues - taxes, economy, abortion, climate change she is conservative right down the line. Better hope she’s not nominated to the Supreme Court.
@rotten_denmark @SykesCharlie i think not. There’s so much out there already they’ll find a way to justify it….he cut a deal to avoid a costly trial, smart.
@Bernstein I’m all over that sh*t. Emollients, humectants, occlusives, ceramides. Come to think of it, my supplies are dwindling a bit too quickly….j’accuse and there’s only one other person lives here
