MTN’s next phase of growth will be shaped by leaders who understand our markets, our people and our strategic ambition.
Mitwa Ng'ambi has been appointed MTN Group Chief People and Culture Officer, while Abbad Reda and Larry Annetts will assume the roles of CEO of MTN Côte d’Ivoire and CEO of MTN Zambia, respectively.
As MTN Group President and CEO Ralph Mupita said: “Making these appointments from internal candidates talks to the depth of talent we have within the Group, and the effectiveness of our succession planning processes.”
We wish Mitwa, Abbad and Larry every success in their new roles as they help drive the execution of Ambition 2030.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to Paul Norman for his invaluable contribution to MTN’s success over nearly 30 years.
