How do you hear this statement: “Germany, there’s a complicated history there with Jewish Germans and White Germans”? I hope that your eyes widened, that your brow furrowed, that you thought and felt, at a minimum, that something is not right. https://t.co/pS6Us0Xoco
@SwipeWright That's not a good definition of heritability. There are "broad" and "narrow" conceptions of heritability. Mostly, talk of heritability is talk of the former, which is best understood as the degree of correlation bewteen genotypic and phenotypic variation in a given population.
I have long dreamed of a university establishing a center for dehumanization studies. There isn't one, anywhere in the world. Given the current political trajectory, that's not going to happen, at least in the US.
@loogikosta@kmele@EdAsante77 What is your evidence for the claim that "there are real differences between races, most evolutionary biologists, forensic anthropologists, & geneticists will acknowledge this."
@loogikosta@kmele@EdAsante77 Of course, human brains evolved. But you are implying that there are evolved differences between the brains of members of different "races" that account for differences in academic performance. Can you provide neuroanatomical and neurophysiological evidence for this claim?
Everyone interested in American history, truth, and justice should know about Antoinette Africa Harrell's work, very well presented in this film. It is a huge honor to write the forward for her forthcoming book. https://t.co/APcpacwFco...
My first class of the day had a remarkably incisive discussion of this video, recorded at the 2012 G20 summit. I was sitting in the front row, and have been friends with the brilliant Natasha Tsakos ever since. https://t.co/C2LnwvZ4Oy
