But the problem with even kind of romanticizing the “office rhythm” is that in a WFH setting that becomes “let’s have meetings all day” and it stops us from getting any actual work done.
@ItsDanSheehan As someone who has worked in advertising for 10+ years, the reality is 99.9% of brands aren’t smart enough or organized enough to purposefully create a viral trend. It’s likely an organic thing that Chipotle will “good-naturedly” jump on board with at the expense of employees.
