Do you think we are starting to see a true computational crunch with Anthropic capping max rates and OpenAI removing their highest tier to new subscribers? If so what changes this newer distilled models or open source models being utilized more? The initial start up costs of running local models has been my hold up to local running systems but that may be justifiable with token usage costs on frontier models now occuring.
