However there are disability laws in UK that specifically cover guide dogs etc working in partnership with owners. So, if a cab driver is in the wrong, I will side with the passenger. This includes person booking a cab and being left on the pavement

If a passenger with an allergy uses a cab after it has been used by a dog, then an allergic reaction could possibly happen. I know of an example of this in a UK cafe environment. The service dog user left. So, problems were avoided. Could be tricky.
