@RachaelDunlop @chungobillbobum @Zlassify @SkyHelpTeam After I set up the engineer thing yesterday they gave me a £6 M&S voucher. No joke. Seeing as I now have to go to work in W. London until this is solved, if it's not sorted ASAP I don't think vouchers will count one bit. #COVID19

@RachaelDunlop @chungobillbobum No sadly, @Zlassify. I phoned @SkyHelpTeam yesterday and it was confirmed as an external problem and they've told Open Reach but with a 2-5 working day window, so, we're looking at Tuesday if we're lucky. Maybe phone them yourself to back it up?
