@TicketmasterSE - I bought Taylor Swift tickets not realising that the event was 13 plus & that a lead booker rule would apply. I live in the UK & would like to be able to sell the tickets at face value as my girls are too young to attend. Will a name change be possible? Tx

@RoyalMail I posted presents from London to Scotland by special delivery on 13 Dec. 2 boxes haven’t arrived - 1 says it is in Edinburgh/the other hasn’t made it out of Croydon. I realised these wouldn’t be delivered on 14 or 15 Dec but should I consider these lost at this point?

@British_Airways - I’m trying to cancel some flights after you changed the flight time but it gives an error message. Trying not to be cynical as to whether you would rather I went for a voucher. I would like a refund however, please could you assist? Thanks

@British_Airways It looks like this lack of access is driven by a conscious decision by BA not to pay for access. I attach a photo of the letter I was shown in the lounge. Is there a reason for not advising customers of this restriction prior to travel and when will it be reinstated?

@British_Airways Disappointed as a silver club member and flying business to find that BA had cancelled the lounge access in Ibiza airport for all BA passengers with no indication of this having been given on booking....

@FreeNow_UK How do I claim back the cancellation fee for a trip to the airport where ETA of the driver to pick me up was 15mins late and he was driving in the wrong direction on the app? He didn’t answer the phone when I called (twice) so I had to cancel. Tx
