Officially you do not care about customer satisfaction . The right persons or authority will be notified and other ahopping platforms like Temu and Shein should also know .

I have proof of complaint sent via mail and WhatsApp since on the 6th which was the original date of delivery.

@Officialspeedaf My package was programmed for delivery today, June 6, 2026. Tracking showed the rider was just three minutes away by foot from my location. However, Victoria Ojo stopped at that location and called me to come and collect the package and refused to complete the delivery.
