If you have many players willing to pay retail price for your product, and more than enough time to do some restocking, you might want to think about doing so. Happy customers = returning customers.

@HiddenXperia It's really hard to still be supportive when they are raking in L after L with their decisions. When H3 launched their Legendary Edition, there were hardly any stock issues either. This launch is looking increasingly like a car crash of marketing.

I think that if you cannot fulfill Collector’s Editions for more than 3 hours to your most ardent fans it would probably be best that you didn’t sell them at all.

I love the commitment to something special, it’s just unfortunate.

@Unyshek When Halo 3 launched with the Legendary Edition, there were hardly any stock issues. And the game had campaign theatre mode. Offering future sculptures that scalpers will also most likely target is hardly a fix. You need to look after your fans better.

@Halo It's so hard being a longtime Halo fan sometimes. When the Halo 3 Legendary Edition came out, there were hardly any issues with stock. And the game had features like campaign theatre as standard. You need to treat your fans better.

@LaperLarden @ske7ch This. There are clearly hundreds of not thousands of fans who are willing to pay retail price for a collector's edition, and it seems a shame to lose out on this interest by allowing scalpers to snap up stock. Made to order would be much better.
