@benthompson How about building a possibility into passport to share podcast episodes occasionally with non-subscribers? Might work well as a multiplier and should be controllable, no? (:
@danolsen Any way to get a recording of yesterday's meetup? Couldn't attend because of time zone differences. I would totally buy a ticket through eventbrite to get it if possible. Thanks!

2. If the user does the right thing, will they know that they did the right thing, and are making progress towards their goal?

I feel streamlined cognitive walkthroughs as a #usability check don’t get the attention they deserve. It‘s about (really!) asking two questions for each step:
1. Will the user know what to do at this step?
@DavidRanftler@Spotify@netflix They don't have to, the influx of new content is much higher there, musicians pay to be listed on spotify. Producing music is much cheaper.
Product managers! Why doesn’t @Spotify produce their own music like @netflix produces their own shows? 🧐 Share your hypotheses in two tweets max! #ProductManagement

MISTAKE #10 - Not investing in your own growth
Whether you work in big tech or a startup, you have to constantly invest in your own growth.

MISTAKE #6 - Getting burnt out in qualitative studies
When running interviews, it’s easy to schedule them all back-to-back.
While this is efficient from a time-savings perspective, in reality, it can cause you to burn out.
