🚨 HOLY CRAP! In a stunning moment, Michigan Senate candidate Abdulrahman Mohamed El Sayed (D) says the middle class will pay MORE TAXES under his socialist healthcare program
"It would be free at the POINT OF CARE."
"That's a trade worth making."
WELKER: You are acknowledging people making less than $1M can see taxes go up?
EL SAYED: We'd be paying healthcare a different way...I'd rather pay into a government.
You literally can't make this up...he calls it free while saying we PAY MORE!!
He's running on raising taxes.
This is how societies fall.
People, like this weak ass weasel, afraid to state obvious truth because a mob of idiots would get mad.
This is what happened during Covid. I couldn't have been the only who saw how absurd it was, but I spoke the truth and most other folks complied like little bitches.
She's either a moron or a spineless coward.
For the fourth summer in a row, Canada has made its wildfire smoke Michiganders’ problem.
The implications are real — and hazardous for you and your family — yet zero accountability for the country that constantly pushes crippling environmental regulations.
Canada has to get its act together—and as your Senator, I’ll make sure of it.
Let’s talk about RIR, or reps in reserve.
I felt like I could get 1 more at 4 reps, yet dug deep and got almost 3 more.
If I had Dorian Yates yelling at me, I could have probably gotten 10 more.
The issue with these arbitrary rules like RIR and RPE is they don’t account for the mental aspect of lifting.
Hence why, since I’m obviously not as smart and awesome as “the science” community and my pro card was a fluke, and I certainly can’t read studies or even the menu at IHOP, I just go until I can’t do another full rep with decent form.
Most people train like p*ssies already. Imagine trying to have someone soft as charmin guess how many reps they have left at 4 reps in.
Stop overthinking it. No need to go beyond failure, but just lift the damn weight until you can’t do a good rep and then put it down.
Or not, whatever. 😂
One of the biggest myths in men’s health is that testosterone levels are mysteriously crashing for no reason.
For most men, they aren’t.
The bigger issue is that obesity and poor metabolic health are at an all-time high.
Excess body fat…insulin resistance…chronic inflammation…poor sleep and inactivity all suppress testosterone production.
Not every guy with low T needs TRT.
Many need to lose 30 pounds…lift weights…eat better…sleep more and get their metabolic health under control first.
TRT is life-changing for men who truly need it…
But it shouldn’t be the first treatment for a lifestyle-induced problem.
🚨#BREAKING: A German soccer fan who flew to the USA but was fearful about coming because of news about criminals and people being mean...
...breaks down into TEARS, live on air saying he has FALLEN IN LOVE with America after a random man named "Bob" in Boston gave him a ride home after he was stuck at a game with no way back to his hotel
The German soccer fan's name is Sebastian, he said after meeting Bob, he extended his entire trip.
He said leaving America will hurt worse than watching Germany get knocked out of the World Cup.
"I fall in love with America. I'm sorry, it's just so emotional. Americans are not rude... if we are together, we can achieve great things."
THIS IS THE AMERICA I KNOW!!!!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
@anymanfitness@damiankelleher I’m 100% on board with you. At this point, ignore the haters. The lesser of us are always going to drag people down instead of lifting themselves up.
