Find a quiet area with a place to sit down, it can be a chair or the floor, what’s important is that your spine is straight. Keep your body relaxed, but still, you can rest your hands on your knees, either palm up or palm down, it doesn’t matter. Close your eyelids and focus your eyes and attention at the point between your eyebrows. (This is the Christ Center or 3rd eye)*
Take a few deep breaths to relax and then move your focus to the very bottom of your spine, in this area is your sexual energy, it’s red. On the inhale breath, visualize this red energy, moving up the spine all the way to the Christ center, as it’s moving up the spine chant Christ Christ Christ (silently in your mind). At the end of the inhale hold your breath for as long as you can, visualize that condensed red energy being transmuted by the Christ center into a pure White brilliance that finally burst, and as it bursts, exhale the breath and feel the energy rain down your body. Then repeat again on the inhale breath.

Try this for 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes at night. Keep increasing the minutes until you can do 15 minutes at a time. This will not be easy and will require practice, but if you keep at it you’ll have amazing results.
