Total all cause mortality data for 2020 is out!
All Filipinos need to see this because medical and media establishment isn't going to talk about it to compare it to previous years and expose that there is zero excess mortality! Only reclassifying normal and expected deaths.
@matthewbaszucki Potatoes rice honey and table sugar are basically the “refined carbs" that you're falsely demonizing and falsely claiming cause all chronic disease. You are a disgusting lying piece of shit
@matthewbaszucki Here's the reality. You have no fucking idea what you're taking about and you're just horrendously and embarrassingly wrong about carbs. Hope that helps
@asukagrypr@AWGHAF He is literally just summarizing the masterwork of Michael Collins Piper in his book "Final Judgment: The Missing Link in the JFK Assassination Conspiracy". Shame he doesn't give credit where it's due.
@Ondrackula@MeTheAngryCat@BiggestComeback Yeah I eat meat too. In fact cooked starchy root veg with meat is probably the single most amazing and delicious food combinations in culinary history, not to mention the most ancient and nutritious. But you go ahead and keep pretend this is gross. We all totally believe you lol
@exfatloss@BiggestComeback Its also not controversial because its just true and well accepted. If you are doing keto and increase carbs you are gonna store fat, but it's not because carbs are bad it's because you are being an idiot and kicked yourself out of ketosis while continuing to gorge on fat lol
@exfatloss@BiggestComeback I can literally increase my carbs by a couple hundred grams and have no effect on my weight whereas I can very precisely regulate my body fat up or down simply by increasing or reducing my fat intake slightly
@exfatloss@BiggestComeback Yeah I get that. It's just the insinuation that carbs are the cause because they are a uniquely harmful macro is what I have a problem with. The exact same thing will happen on a high carb low fat diet. You can be weight stable regardless of the carbs and then gain by adding fat.
@Ondrackula@MeTheAngryCat@BiggestComeback With the harnessing of fire and smoke humans also gained the ability to acquire honey both safely and in massive quantities for the first time. That along with cooked starch further added to the massive abundance of dietary glucose humans suddenly had access to.
@Ondrackula@MeTheAngryCat@BiggestComeback LMAO
No that would be cooked starch. The unprecedented massive surge in dietary glucose from cooked starch that was unique to humans among all life is what drove the evolution of our advanced brains which are equally unique among all life. Believing it was dietary fat is retarded
@MeTheAngryCat@BiggestComeback You can be fine for a very long time. Check out this ultra long term keto lady (20 year) who finally had to abandon it. She has meticulously documented her year long transition to a high carb/high sugar diet and all the numerous improvements to her health

@MeTheAngryCat@BiggestComeback I don't know how long you have been doing it but hopefully it works out or you in the very long term because there simply isn't much evidence to have confidence in that and plenty of evidence against
