Blood test 2025.
I got my personal high for LDL-c, but I assume it's just due to a longer fast before my blood test.
Though I'd test before Thanksgiving. The last two months I've stayed on diet and have done 44 hr weekly fasts. Earlier in 2025 I started snacking too much and gained some weight. The last many months I got a bit tired of beef and have added pork, ham, bacon, fish and oysters to my regular low carb meals. And sometimes I eat some potato on Sunday cooked in tallow. I keep seed oils and LA low.
Not sure what's wrong with me, but I'll work to lower blood sugar. It was odd since this test I took blood sugar before and after Labcorp, it was 82 and 83. But Labcorp reported 98 mg/dL. I've double checked my meter with another meter. This is also after a 44 hour fast. My A1c has trended high but I assume that may be an A1c issue rather than my blood sugar, but not fully sure.
@rah_66_comanche@LastofLazarus Yes, lots of refuels. Jeff Bezos was making fun of it when he was attacking SpaceX yet again. Attached is an image they might have made.
The SR-71 Blackbird typically needed 6+ refuelings to fly over Russia.
I mean New Glenn will fly again before Starship lands on the moon. Perhaps 1 year before the next NG flight. Unless it blows up again. I still don't trust the BE-4 engine, but not enough information.
Starship moon needs a lot of refueling. They haven't even gotten to that point yet. V3 is still trouble shooting.
