i bought a touchscreen lenovo once. one of those 2 in 1s, thought it’d be useful cause i could use it as a tablet when traveling and lounging. tried it like once or twice and hated it, just used it like a normal computer and used my ipad when i wanted a tablet.
i know apple makes better products than lenovo, but no.
i still have the machine and am in the process of partitioning the hard drive so i can run both linux and windows on it (including a drive that can be accessed by both operating systems).
@Daveinthenorth2 not using grips takes tension off the quads as hips aren’t anchored. using the grips here is similar to using a seatbelt on leg curl so the hamstrings get the tension.
sometimes on leg extension i like to hold that last rep at the top and then go down real slow. gets some good tension when the quads are fatigued. great way to get some stimulation in when you max out the machine.
here comes halloween, thanksgiving, christmas, new years.
“oh i put on weight because of the holidays.”
no you did not. you put on weight because you lack discipline.
you don’t have to do strict and meal prep of chicken, rice, and broccoli, or cut carbs or whatever. you can enjoy candy, apple pie, ice cream, cake, and cookies. but you don’t have to eat like you’re preparing for a famine.
