@GWRHelp on Thurs 4 Jan my train Paddington-Westbury was cancelled at Reading (floods). Station manager at Reading told passengers to take taxis, GWR wld reimburse. This is proving v difficult via yr delay/repay webpage, which doesn't accept taxi receipts. Can u advise please?
