Renewing my annual subscription for Office 365, @Microsoft has billed me for a week rather than a year at an increased *annual* price. Their billing support keeps asking whether I changed something. Clearly something is broken — watch out other subscribers!
Let us let the victory of Joe Biden be an opportunity to return to politics of compassion, including (perhaps most of all) for those who do not agree with us.
@barclays Barclays are incompetent. I have been working on a business mandate change request for >6 months that they cannot seem to process. Thank goodness I quit Barclays for personal banking for similar reasons. Everyone else should do so too! @BarclaysUKHelp
@techreview It's super-annoying to get a pop-up with every article I read telling me I am getting subscriber-only content. I got it. I'll keep paying. No need for the pop-ups.
@awscloud My EdTech #AI startup LearnerShape was approved for AWS Activate Business support, but the support was not activated and I cannot find anyone to tell me why. AWS Activate has not responded to a web inquiry 8 days ago, neither has our business manager. Please help!
There is so much anger towards @realDonaldTrump. But why? He won’t change, and he thrives on anger and hate. Instead, consider just saying that #DonIsALoser and moving on to what we can make better.
@British_Airways keep trying to sell me Avios. Yet they failed to refund my Avios for a flight cancelled for Covid-19 and cannot be reached by telephone. I have been a loyal BA customer for years, but they have lost me.
We had a family trip booked with @British_Airways#Avios canceled due to Covid-19. BA seems to have provided only a voucher for cash paid (voucher amount is not visible) and no refund of Avios. They won't answer the phone. Anyone have advice or similar experience?
I have been looking for years for a #cartoon that looks approximately like this. Thought it was from The Far Side, but now think probably not. Can anyone help?
2/ @waitrose should reward those who successfully pass a QuickCheck random verification, perhaps with (a) an increased average time to next verification or (b) a discount or free item. Option (b) might even increase use of QuickCheck and reduce queues for others.
1/ @waitrose QuickCheck random verification is extremely annoying for those of us who are honest and in a hurry. Seems to happen with increasing frequency, makes me consider switching to @sainsburys. But I have a solution.
