Year three. Let's keep this thing rolling, @RedSox.
Excited to continue working with Baseball Sciences and supporting Craig Breslow in Boston.
As before, I'm staying on full-time primarily as CTO/Founder at @DrivelineBB while supporting the pitching department. Tons to do.
Connelly Early is one of the bigger up-arrow prospects in Boston's system.
The No. 10 prospect spun six one-run innings and racked up eight strikeouts on Tuesday, bringing his season total to 74 strikeouts in 49.2 innings.
He's our helium pick of the day in our latest prospect report: https://t.co/HaLox7DDsz
.@BaseballAmerica dropped their updated Top 100 prospect list and the Red Sox have 2 arms on it. 👀
1. Roman Anthony
3. Kristian Campbell
9. Marcelo Mayer
68. Franklin Arias
94. Payton Tolle
96. Brandon Clarke
That’s the pipeline Craig Breslow has been trying to build.

Wass is a beast. Anyone passionate about baseball R&D would be highly recommended to do what they can to put themselves in a position to work with @kww_BOS aka my once and future (🤞) research conference touring partner 💪
My man @ericjagers with some gas at the @WakeBaseball Bridge Seminar.
Huge shoutout to @MikeMcFerran_ and the whole Wake staff for putting on a great event.
Feels really cool to see the pitching world collectively coming together to continue to make hitters lives hell.
Onward.
I wouldn’t be here without all the opportunities I’ve been afforded along the way and people who have invested in me. Eternally grateful and pumped to get to work.
Excited to announce I’ll be joining the Boston Red Sox as Coordinator of Player Development! Fired up to join the group here building a player development monster.
Extremely grateful for the memories and friends I’ve made over the last 3 years @DrivelineBB#DirtyWater
Beyond my time at Driveine, I’m thankful for opportunities that shaped my path to this point:
@StOlafBaseball for the opportunity to play baseball in college
@IE_MLB for my first job in baseball
@108_Performance for my first job in player development
Check out the latest hitting biomechanics blog from @DrivelineBB on barrel direction and bat path!
This blog walks through a few key variables that describe the position and direction of the barrel at contact and how those relate to batted ball outcomes.

By systematically tracking what works, we’re able to improve our ability to help athletes develop as we go - as well as build towards developing a robust algorithm making suggestions on the basis of what’s happened over thousands of sessions from different athletes.

A look at how we’re leveraging grip/cue logging to accelerate the learning curve in Pitch Design @DrivelineBB.
Using the Pitch Design Engine @LanginTots13 and I built, we have a library of cues based on the goal and can automatically summarize which grips/cues worked.

-By triggering submission from Trackman, we avoid the need to submit every pitch manually and we automatically pair the data for analysis.
-By having inputs for each pitch type, we avoid the need to change inputs during a bullpen except when giving a cue or changing a grip.
