3 years in a row the Lions have led the OVC in conference ERA, and 2 years in a row they have produced the lowest walk rate. @EBA_MADE and the Lions have arguably one of the best mid-major staffs in the nation year in and year out.
Cole Roland is back in Winston-Salem this week as a member of the Texas Rangers High-A Affiliate.

@ThornesThrows Yes they do! And that is those are the athletes most exposed from what we have seen. If the athlete is effectively redlining the body’s force handling capability on every throw, that is not a system built for the long haul.
We absolutely love what you’re putting together here and have no qualms with the claims, but we do want to clarify…
Our scored velocity ceiling is designed to give a user information on the preparedness of their forearm musculature, not predict velocity.
This info becomes incredibly important for designing throwing/training programs and assessing the inherent “risk” a thrower may experience when the controlables don’t line up.

Throwing and strength programs matter. A question we still need better answers to: how much does throwing fatigue the muscles that support the elbow, and what happens when those muscles fatigue? Excited to research this question with clinicians this summer to better understand.
Congrats to @dblomker22 on an incredible year. Let's break this down. Dylan recorded 161 outs on the season. 113 of those were by way of the K. That means >70% of his outs on the bump were punchies. Insane.
