@MSEHospitals When will someone take seriously, the pain clinic admin is a JOKE. Their system sends a telephone appt for 12.03am When my wife then queries this she is told that no appt exists. THE PATIENT IS STILL IN PAIN and an MRI has now confirmed as expected the A&E diagnosis was wrong.

GP referral 12 days ago.
Patient received text confirmation.
Called appt line and told referral sent back to GP 2 days earlier, insufficient information.
Called admin and spoke to UNHELPFUL person. No referral exists.

@MSEHospitals You know as well as I do that PALS are part time, well meaning but full time useless! Meanwhile the patient is in incredible pain and being bounced between GP and a wrong diagnosis from A&E. Your pain management admin are a disgrace and @MSEHospitals should be ashamed.

@mattforde You have had me in tears again. I had a triple heart bypass at the time of your op. The food was iffy. I lived off NHS Chicken Tikka but left hospital 6 days post op not in any real pain. I followed your recovery, and when you walked on stage at Westcliff it was very emotional.

@LidlGB Why has no one contacted me, Re a reported H&S issue at Basildon store, when a highly stacked pallet, listing badly, crashed across an aisle. I had "robustly" warned staff twice but 100% ignored.
