@DavidBennion6 ACLR is « easy » if you are able to apply a consistent, athlete-centered, and up-to-date framework. Objective data measurement and interpretation are fundamental to take meaningful and consistent actions, but that’s only one piece of the cake.

Keep in mind that WHEY is a derived product from lactoserum (animal milk) and some people shows intolerance to this type of dairy product.

I can't guarantee a Div 1 scholarship but I can say that kids will be more Coordinated, stronger, more flexible, cardiovascularly fit, more resistant to fatigue and injury, and also be calmer, less stressed, leaner, and able to learn new skills. Skills like complex sports specific skills.
