Opinionated, but liitle results to show, have had to take a step back and look to do.
Waiting for my big break, then can back my opinions with actions, and prove my stones
There’s a chap on your WhatsApp group.
Usually educated. Spent years mastering something. Communications. Marketing. Strategy, he calls it. Frameworks for everything. Opinions on how it should all be run, delivered like a man who’s never had to run anything.
Picture a village football coach. Barefoot players. More cow dung than grass on the pitch.
And he’s got notes for Arteta. A man who’s actually won leagues, built squads, delivered under real pressure with real consequences for losing.
He’s been to school. Held a few jobs. Seen a couple of countries, and makes sure you know it. It comes up unprompted, in every conversation, like a CV nobody asked for.
But there’s a mismatch. His noise doesn’t match his record. Big volume, small output. You go looking for the results and they’re thin on the ground.
He should be further along than this. With the education, the theories, the confidence. That’s the frustrating part. He’s not incapable. He just picked commentary over contribution, and kept picking it.
Take away the vocabulary and the passport stamps and he’s still a village coach. Loud. Frustrated. Watching from the sideline. No way out of the village leagues, because he studied the game instead of playing it.
Over-educated. Under-delivered. And the only one in the group who hasn’t clocked it.
I hope you had a good weekend. Blessed week ahead.
Do. Don’t just yap.
@Tommujungujr And with the money "the big people" have, why wouldn't they just invest in whatever other options will be proposed? Do they really lose out either way? Or will it just be the common man? (when two elephants fight....)
@Tommujungujr Eye opening to see the businesses big shots have, but as a bodaboda user, it's not just a matter of getting them off the streets but bringing better alternatives.
If the riders want to stay, and the users still want them, then whom does it serve to get them off the roads?
The Dj played Katupakase, and my boys @Nkityomassa X @nathanmcdaniel3 are celebrating 6 years of their establishment.
Such poise 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
Happy @TheRugbyChill 6th anniversary to those who celebrate.
@MattP1Gallagher Yet we've always criticised them for not listening to the driver?
Positive step to have backed the driver, and I hope it doesn't change that in future races
Never forget that one of the main purposes of playing sports is to have fun. If you’re not having fun anymore, take a step back and think about how you can change your attitude, behavior, and environment to regain your love for sports.
@Tommujungujr@wamanyire9@qataharraymond Usually, it's people realising they can work together to bring some improvement rather than staying on the sidelines, especially upon realisation that the government is always trying its best bar some individuals who do the wrong things
