This is why I always talk about the importance of consistency.
You keep showing up
You keep doing the right things
It doesn't matter how many times you take a setback
But..
In time...
Results will follow.

I NEED YOUR URGENT OPINION!
Someone I know just edited a Coros screenshot—changed the name and passed off someone else’s run as their own to celebrate their 44th birthday.
Not a joke. Here's the original vs the fake. (I've blurred their names and pics, not here to doxx anyone)
Happy birthday, I guess?
Nothing says “I’m thriving at 44” like digital plagiarism. 🥴
This isn’t just embarrassing—it’s a symptom of a growing disease in the running community: fake stats, fake splits, fake personas.
The obsession with likes and kudos has people inventing miles they never ran.
What happened to the sport being about your own grind, your own growth? If you need to steal someone else’s data to feel proud of yourself, you don’t need a running coach—you need therapy.
And let’s be real: if you’ll lie about a workout, what else are you lying about? Your race times? Your coaching credentials?
Your Strava segments? We cheer for runners who struggle honestly.
Faking your fitness is like doping with Photoshop—except even more pathetic because you didn’t even break a sweat.

Let’s get one thing straight: a 5K is not a marathon.
Running a 5K is a great achievement.
But calling it a marathon is misleading and diminishes the effort of those grinding through 26.2 miles of sweat, pain, and mental endurance.
Please behave better
