They read a script and can’t solve simple problems not happy probably will be dumping them. They are about to loose 4 lines careless

Good luck with sprit vouchers for missing a flight. First they don’t work on website then they only will give credit for the base fare as they define. Jet blue policy no problem use at you like. Hope jet blue can clean up this airline it’s a mess and they own all routes. Share
