The Davis County Attorney has charged Phillip Brandon Stokes with 16 charges related the sexual assaults of 2 victims, which include Rape of a Child and Sodomy on a Child--both of which carry a presumptive sentence of 25 years to life.

Police arrested Barlow alleging he was DUI and crashed his truck into a vehicle, causing the death of 2 individuals and seriously injuring 2 more. A judge reviewed Barlow's arrest and authorized his release. The next day he approached police and requested they return him to jail.

Jordan Berghout was charged with aggravated arson after he allegedly set fire to his own home so that "he would no longer have to worry about his girlfriend moving into [his] home."
