Driver San Francisco would probably encounter the same fate as it did then. Primarily because the game was misunderstood pre-launch and the marketing did not clearly explain the unique and innovative approach. Also development delays combined with marketing errors ultimately left it hung out to dry.
CLUTCH will need to find it's place and it can only do that by clearly describing it's niche. Whether that be, action sim, or action arcade. How it positins itself and how players can enjoy it their way. Is it a racing game with Batman toys? Is it NFS with bigger destruction? Innovation is welcomed, but like Screamer, it has to justify that innovation to the players. Can I use my wheel, will it be local multiplayer or online only. Why will I enjoy it and want to play it? If there innovation, how does it work, etc.

In addition to the changes listed, this patch also features:
• Default team colors in Free Play
• Fine-tuning settings for the Flip Reset Indicator. The following are available in a dropdown menu: On, Off, Audio-Only, Visuals-Only.
• Flip Resets trackable in the Career Stats page. The car and ball must both be in the air for it to count.
• Ability to hide the default in-game HUD via the Interface tab, allowing for custom broadcast overlays.
