There is a joint solution. Reps. Sam Liccardo, D-San Jose, and Kevin Kiley, R-Rocklin introduced a House bill called "The Fix It Act" that extends ACA subsidies for 3 years while fraud and waste in several health programs get removed and the system gets cleaned up. That will pay for the extended ACA support. After the system is cleaned up, health costs will actually drop extensively.
