@Zoul249 @OnePunchFade If you're Nubian from Sudan then you definitely have some Arabic admixture in you, you think we just woke up some day and decided to speak Arabic? Some Nubian tribes preserved the heritage and language but are not pure Nubian genetically.

@bramsmdn I’ve read that many Nubians,including my tribe I'm Mahasi, carry a significant J1 paternal lineage. Is that also common for Kunuz specifically?
I originally thought it was mostly Jaalin and Shaigiya in sudan, but it seems to span Nubian groups who preserved Nubian heritage.
