@BlSBAAS@WHOYOUBANKINWIT He doesn’t look Amhara and he watches porn and drinks liquor stay away from him. Also most Ethiopians aren’t Oromo there’s no majority ethnicity.

@45Stubug@korakkora Beni amer nice people my uncle lived around them in Kassala and Teseney 👍 cool history too but were an headache for us Abyssinians.
@ManjaKoa I’m a Muslim revert from Orthodoxy, and it was along ethnic lines, but it has heavy overlap with religious persecution since Orthodoxy is affiliated in others' perspectives with ties to a specific ethnicity.
@semitic_jew@NicoFvL2 I’m working on my CS degree, trust me I’ve been educated thoroughly. You call yourself a “Semitic Jew.” Are you a Semite? What language do you speak as your native tongue? I myself am one but what is it that you speak natively that makes you a “Semitic Jew” 😹😹
This is what happens when you open your mouth without looking into why it’s the case the reality is our diaspora arrived differently compared to others. Other Groups with high early stats mostly came on high skilled work visas H-1B/medical/tech etc and were already familiar with English due to colonization. Our first wave came fleeing the Derg as refugees and followed by the DV lottery. Most arrived with zero capital and had their foreign degrees devalued, forcing them to start from absolute scratch working in service and transit industries. We’re still a young diaspora 1st gen laid the foundation and survived, and now the 2nd gen is in school and securing jobs. It takes a generation to compound, but it’s happening ✅ comparison is a thief of joy.
