@ElieJarrougeMD I started all this last April. While most things have improved I am still dealing with hypertension. I have gone from 189 to 125 and completely stalled out. I can't seem to lose the last 20-25 lbs. I've been at 125 for a few months now. 🤷🏻‍♀️
