I’m in transition again in my life. I have done this many times and they are all a bit painful as a person goes from being successful & certain about what you’re doing and having to learn again.
To all the Momma’s 🎀
Mothers carry so much with strength, grace, patience, and love. They nurture, protect, guide, encourage, organize, comfort, and somehow keep showing up day after day even when they’re exhausted. There’s a quiet power in that that deserves so much respect.
And while parenting is a team effort, there’s something uniquely selfless about motherhood.
It’s not about competition or who does more. It’s about recognizing just how amazing women truly are and how much heart they pour into the people they love.
Being a mom is the role I take most seriously and the club I’m most proud to be part of. To every mother out there holding families together with love, resilience, and strength: I hope you feel celebrated today. You deserve it.
Happy Mother’s Day 💕

NOBODY is going to protect your children the way you do. So trust YOUR instincts every single time. Let people call you strict, extra, paranoid, or whatever. But at the end of the day your babies are SAFE and LOVED. That’s all that matters. IT’S OKAY TO SET BOUNDARIES WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR CHILDREN.. ❗️👏🏽
A few "boring" things I love:
- Going to bed early
- Waking up early
- Eating simple foods
- Saving money
- Moving my body
- Walking in silence
- Reading old books
- Avoiding drama
Boring is seriously underrated.
Movement is free therapy. I’ve never gone out for a long run, walk, or lift and not felt better about whatever issue I was stressing over. A lot of problems in life are solved by just moving your body.
Whenever I feel anxious, I ask myself this question: What if everything works out better than I’ve ever imagined? It’s easy to get caught in a doom loop about the future. Force yourself to see the unlimited potential. The future is much brighter than you think.
People aren't having kids because for generations the west has cultivated an individualistic society instead of the traditional family-centric societies that used to be. So, now people are all about me, me, me, and not us. Combine that with not being able to afford to have children, and here's the result. Selfish, self-absorbed divas of both sexes who spend all their money on their vanity. And, honestly, show me one government, one nation that has given its citizens incentive to not do that.
We went to Manhattan Beach, CA and stepped on all kinds of oil from the rigs or something. Even after a shower and soap, we couldn't get the oil off of us. We learned that oil gets rid of oil. I happened to have a brand new full Coconut Vanilla Numbrrrz lip balm on me and it got the job done. 1/2 of my foot was covered in this stuff. It cannot be good for you!

Carl Jung believed life truly begins at 40, viewing the first four decades as "research"—a preparatory phase focused on building an ego, establishing a career, and meeting societal expectations. The second half of life, starting around 40, is for inward exploration, authenticity, and fulfilling one’s true self (individuation) rather than pursuing external validation.
