I was born just 20 days before Ashley Flynn. Seeing her birth date on this headstone stopped me in my tracks.

Her beautiful face. Her name. Those dates. We were practically the same age.

After spending hours listening to those horrific text messages being read in court, seeing those words on Ashley’s final resting place is heartbreaking.

Behind all the courtroom drama, the affair, and the disturbing testimony is a woman whose life was taken at just 37 years old.

She had a family. Children. An entire life ahead of her.

Ashley Elizabeth Smith-Flynn deserved to grow old. She should still be here. 💔

🚨INCREDIBLE: During a multi-vehicle collision on the Route 90 bridge in Ocean City, Maryland, a 2-year-old girl was ejected from a pickup truck, falling nearly 30 feet into the Assawoman Bay below.

Jonathan Bauer, who was driving across the bridge with his teenage daughter when the crash occurred, rushed over to inspect the wreckage. Looking down into the water, he saw the toddler floating face down and becoming unresponsive.

Without hesitation, Bauer instructed his daughter to flag down first responders, removed his shoes, and leapt off the bridge into the bay. He swam to the little girl, lifted her onto his shoulder, and patted her back until she coughed up water and began breathing again.

A passing pontoon boat quickly navigated toward them, pulling both Bauer and the toddler out of the water and transporting them to shore, where emergency personnel were waiting. The child was airlifted to a regional medical center for evaluation and released the following day in good condition.

Bauer was later honored by local law enforcement and civic leaders for his decisive actions and selflessness.

NOLAN WELLS: I'll post the full grand jury report soon, but there are a few things that stand out:

Jurors found GPS data and SECURITY FOOTAGE supported the accounts of people who were with him; they found no evidence Wells was involved in a physical altercation or argument that day.

A witness testified they saw Wells “slip awkwardly off the side of a boat” around 3:30 p.m. on July 4. They couldn't say whether Wells hit his head, but said he continued chatting and hanging out afterward and did not appear to be hurt. The grand jury concluded the bruise on the back of Wells’ head was not fatal, but they could not determine how he got it. The grand jury also reviewed forensic reports by the Wells family’s own examiner, Garrett Discovery Inc. DA Angel Myers McIlrath says the preliminary report provided by Crump’s team indicated the phone had NOT been used by anyone other than the family and nothing had been deleted since Nolan last used it. Also...

Remember the questions about body parts that were reportedly withheld during Nolan Wells’ independent autopsy? The grand jury report directly addresses them: The family’s forensic pathologist was later given full access to Wells’ internal neck structures and confirmed the state ME retaining them was appropriate and best practice in forensic pathology. The report says the pathologist also “dispelled rumors” that Wells’ lungs and stomach had been retained, confirming he received all body parts except the internal neck structures previously kept by the ME.

On the second to last page of the report, the grand jury extends their heartfelt sympathy to the family of Nolan Wells, and acknowledge his outstanding character.

So I’m iron deficient and I really need to eat iron in my diet instead of taking iron pills because they do terrible things to me. Would this be a good option for some iron? About every two years, I have to get blood transfusions and iron infusions so I have to eat a lot of things with iron in it also.
