@VChrist0 @O2 It’s taken me till Monday of this week to get @o2 to fulfill the complaint agreement set with myself I have now spent just over 40 mins on hold waiting to get though to payments so they can fulfill the part of calling off a debt collecter which they have wrongly set on me

@FortniteStatus this season is a joke the game is still not player on Xbox every time you level up you then get completely kicked and the game closes no error messages nothing

@Ofcom @O2 just deleted all proof of me contacting them tonight they are enjoying taking advantage of a customer with disabilities after ordering me to use the pac code and promising that the complaints agreement would be fulfilled before the move completed

@FortniteStatus did the update at 6am this morning and since 8am your servers have been down still every time a new season launches I can’t play it for at least 3 days because of your server always being down I play on Xbox

@Ofcom @o2 taking advantage of a customer with disabilities ordered me to use pac code on 19th feb and promised the complaints agreement would be fulfilled before 21st feb after sitting on the device for 14 days now I trying to rob me off nearly £700 pound that there meant to pay
