@O2 it’s V poor customer service having come 2u for being misold a product in FEB calling and speaking to 2 of your managers in the o2 arena who never called me bk, 2 complaints made to regional manager - nothing, 5 calls to customer service who promised call bk STILL nothing!

@O2 A formal complaint made through the o2 arena store early feb, several on the phone earliest recorded 22nd feb, an email 3 weeks ago so all means and nothing to top off no call back from managers at various levels
