Well it doesn't get much better than a half like that. Everyone has been fantastic, but special shoutout to Tillman, Robinson, Pulisic, and Balogun. The effort and confidence all over the pitch is obvious though.
This is why you hire Poch
@samtrayter There's usually a very large degree of... favorable reffing for host teams too (South Korea being the most dodgy example)
That being said the team is so bad in terms of GK and CB that any decent attacking team should tear them a new one in the knockout rounds
@DrOetaker@ClevSportsNews I'm sure wishing it again. He's a rapist, he deserves far worse.
It's the team's fault for putting fans in the position of praying for the sex pest to get injured so we don't have to watch him play again.
@ahmad_dahman Seems like they switched up the sort of characters they targeted too. Culture infusion.
A lot of guys easy to root for. Especially when *redacted* is finally gone.
@TenCentBeers Taylen is so mechanical and slow with how he throws though. The opposite to Lamar in that regard.
Sawyer Robertson makes some sense as a guy with athleticism who looks natural throwing the ball. Would be a lot later though.
@JaredKMueller Would be a waste because there's no way he'd be champ going into All In
It's the first time I buy he wants to be champ, but heartbreak tonight would make an eventual title win down the line mean more
@TheKardiac_Kid They usually wait until after the season starts. I guess for leverage reasons with trying to do other contracts.
They don't need it right now AFAIK.
@bangersnmash_0@Clevta It gives flexibility to get a deal done. Maybe you do two 1sts & 3 2nds. Maybe a team doesn't mind giving up 3 1sts on the backend when they might be out of a job if it fails anyway. Maybe you want 2032 picks from teams with older QBs
It gives you way more options to work with
@FranmilsEyebrow Brentford are a good one. A bit like the Guards in they're very well run, scout and coach well instead of spending money. Usually fun to watch too. Brighton ditto.
@ahmad_dahman Back-to-back heavy legs on jumpers?
Does feel like Tyson is getting lost in the shuffle a bit now he's not starting though and he was providing a lot of the 3 point firepower
@TheKardiac_Kid Eh??? Beane has been genuinely bad for a few years and is still living off that Allen pick (which was undoubtedly great) and some early under the radar FA signing. The roster has declined massively since then and he's cared more about arguing with local media than fixing it.
@LakeEffectBro It sort of dips a little in terms of consistency season 6 onwards, but still some great episodes/moments. Focuses a bit too much on love interests and they don't meet the heights of Sophie and Nancy
Final season has one of the best episodes ever though (the dinner party ep)
