@elesaborwick@GovMurphy No, you're right. If someone got Pfizer they'd be fully vaccinated by 28th of May. Moderna by the 1st week of June. The 12-15 age group won't be fully vaccinated until mid to late June depending on if they got it immediately after eua.
@JessicaValenti Like if more women choose to continue working instead of being SAHM, then more men will treat their women workers better? That doesn't seem right.
@JessicaValenti Unless I'm misunderstanding, this point doesn't sit well at all for me. Isn't this again not holding men responsible for their part in not being good bosses or treating women employees better in the workplace? And instead placing blame with their wives who are SAHM?
@SenSanders Universal Healthcare, debt free education, when a pandemic hits everyone wearing masks and follow social distancing so they aren't worked to death and forced to watch their patients dying slow, horrible deaths repeatedly for over a year and beyond.
@AshaRangappa_ Wait I'm 34 and I have always said bathing suit. Sometimes I use swimsuit interchangeably with bathing suit. And yes, I'm in the northeast too. It's not something only older people say 🤷🏻♀️
@BellWorksNJ will you be putting on a fireworks display this year in your NJ location? We went in 2019 and it was fantastic, would love to go again this year! 🙂
@ashishkjha@GovMurphy I am 100% ok with my governor continuing to uphold indoors mask mandates. I hope until at least June 15th when everyone who was eligible at April 19th will be fully vaccinated. I have two small children and I genuinely appreciate their continued safety in public.
@apoorva_nyc What should parents of unvaccinated kids do? That is the one article I haven't seen and desperately want to read. I'm fully vaccinated, my two children under 4 won't be for months, maybe longer. What am I supposed to do until then? How do I keep them safe when others won't mask?

Few points on issue of whether prior infections protects against future ones
1. This was also seen in Danish study published in @TheLancet
Here, prior infection offered 80% protection against reinfections but only 50% among older folks

@JoeEurell1 I remember that movie well, as a kid I remember specifically being horrified by the treatment of her cousin. Crying all night in a hidden room with no light or windows.
@CDCDirector When will it be possible for primary care physicians and doctor's offices to administer the vaccine? This may be helpful for many people unable to get their vaccine at a mega site or pharmacy. It may also bolster trust and confidence in the vaccine for many if it's their own Dr.
@doscadenasx Wow. I didn't know this existed and it would have made my life sooooo much better postpartum the second time around. Keep doing what you do postpartum doulas!
