Day Thirteen of our Coast to Coast.
Lion Inn, Blakey Ridge to Grosmont.
Moorland crosses and standing stones, Great Fryup Dale, ancient roads and paved trods, a romantic bridge and steam trains at Grosmont.
Day Six of our Coast to Coast. Shap to Kirkby Stephen.
Storm Amy arrived earlier than forecast. After Orton, conditions deteriorated to rain & strong winds so we dropped down from Ravenstonedale Moor to join the old railway line at Brownber & followed this into Kirkby Stephen.
Day 1 of our Coast to Coast. St Bees to Ennerdale Bridge
This is now my 9th C2C. It’s always a pleasure and a privilege to share this route with others … the Permian-Triassic sandstones of the coast to the Ordovician rocks of Nannycatch (200 million year difference!)
Thank you from TeamWalking for being part of our amazing adventures in 2024, and I look forward to sharing some memorable outdoor experiences with you in 2025.

TEAMWALKING'S OUTDOOR ADVENT CALENDAR - Day 11
The lovely Lister Arms at Malham, always a treat to finish a walk with a drink beside the inglenook fireplace.
Happy festive season 🎄
Not for first time this season away from home, MUFC start well. Creating chances.
There's just this thing called a goal and the ball needs to go into it.

Day 9 of our Coast to Coast.
CB Inn, Arkengarthdale to Richmond.
Our second wet day of our trip so far…
14 miles over the moors, hills and dales to Marske. It’s actually a fantastic route via Fremington Edge, Hurst, Helwith, Telfit Bank and the deep valley of Marske Beck.
I’ve supported every Utd manager since my first game in Nov1974. Lots of have people have asked me where I stand now. I honestly don’t know but it’s clear the support for themanager is diminishing quickly which although understanding also saddens me.

Day 7 of our Coast to Coast & we’re half way!
Kirkby Stephen to Keld. 12 miles over Nine Standards to Keld.
Swaledale is my favourite walking area; it’s just the light across the land. The Lake District is simply the warm up act for the main event - the Yorkshire Dales!
