@MarvinREllison I have had the most horrible experience with customer service and a washer and dryer that I have paid for and can not use. NO ONE has been or willing to help. please call me at 937-671-5437. Lowes needs to do better.

@MarvinREllison Where would I start... I ordered a Washer and Dryer combo and it was installed, readers digest version the dumb automated system you have will not get anyone to the appropriate person. I have called 12 times and still no resolution to a leaky washer that will not work

@Inkling61 @MiamiHerald @MeidasTouch Did they not illegally come here to fend for themselves? I am confused; Marthas Vineyard would have been a great start for them - service jobs, plenty of huge homes and extra bedrooms so that they can be sponsored by a citizens. They have the resources to help.
