What Happened to the Approved Salary Increase for Nigerian Soldiers?
When President Bola Ahmed Tinubu approved an upward review of the salaries and allowances of personnel of the Armed Forces, it was welcomed with excitement across the military community. It gave many serving troops hope that their sacrifices were finally receiving the attention they deserved.
Months later, one question still lingers:
What is delaying the implementation?
If there are administrative, budgetary, or other official processes slowing things down, there is nothing wrong with telling the troops. Clear communication goes a long way in preventing rumours and reassuring those who continue to serve under difficult conditions.
The cost of living keeps rising. Food, rent, transportation, school fees, healthcare, and other daily expenses have become more expensive. Our soldiers are not exempt from these realities. Yet, every day, they continue to stand on the frontlines, protecting Nigeria and defending our territorial integrity without hesitation.
The welfare of our troops should never be treated as an afterthought. A soldier who feels valued is a soldier who serves with even greater commitment and confidence.
This is not an attack on anyone. It is simply a respectful appeal to the Federal Government, the Armed Forces of Nigeria, and the Nigerian Army leadership to kindly expedite the implementation of the approved salary increase or provide an update on its current status.
Our troops deserve that much.
To every Nigerian soldier serving at home and in operational theatres across the country, thank you for your courage, resilience, and selfless service. May Almighty God continue to protect you, strengthen you, and bring every one of you home safely to your families.
God bless our troops, and God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria. 🇳🇬

The only way students remember teachers quickly? Just try keep your RELEVANT with your kids, stop calling them names, remember they are your “semen” . Even if u later find out DNA is saying something else.
My friend sends his children’s nanny's kids to his children's school and he pays the fees. The fee is not cheap. The kids all play together.
They won't understand what is happening until they are big.
In his simple logic, the person looking after your kids deserve to have her kids looked after. Your children's lives are in her hands and she would raise them as her own.

If we were with clubs like Real Madrid, Arsenal and Bayern in a race to sign. Mateus Fernandes and the player couldn’t decide where to go, I’d quite understand.
But you couldn’t prioritize going to Man Utd over Spurs? Such player shouldn’t be playing for the biggest club in England.
Let’s seek for the peace of our dear nation. Inside it comes (our full chest) prosperity. If u and I where ment to choose country before arrival, am sure non of us will choose Nigeria, only those like peller young money, dangote, otedola and so on will choose Nigeria
Let me tell you guys something. Everything you see happening with Morocco is not a fluke. They’re conscious about their growth.
You see that man the players were throwing up at the end, his name is Fouzi Lekjaa, he’s their football federation president, he’s one of the major guys behind their transformation.
Let me tell you few of their strategies.
Around 2009, they started by building state-of-the-art facilities across the country, no embezzlement, nobody stole the money for their personal gain.
The goal was for every child to have access to a facility, no matter where they are. In fact, they built some facilities that had multiple pitches, world class pitches brethren.
They mandated their league teams to also maintain their academies. Some of those young boys from various academies were part of the players that won the u20 World Cup last year. That’s one of the things Fouzi Lekjaa did. It starts with the youth.
Many of the teams also have women team, it was a mandate. That’s why you see their women’s league growing , as well as the women national team. They played the final with Nigeria last two years or so. They’ll start winning it soon.
It didn’t stop there, they’ve become so attractive that players in diaspora with Moroccan heritage can play for them. You can be eligible to play for France or England and you will choose Morocco, as it stands, because they’re not a small team anymore. They’re very attractive.
Those state of the art facilities are now being used to host tournaments, they’ve hosted many in recent years including the last AFCON. In 4 years’ time, they’ll host a World Cup. This is a country that took their growth seriously. They have a great leadership.
The good thing about them taking this seriously is that their country is now known. I have a colleague at work who has gone to Morocco on holiday more than 3 times. The tourism has greatly improved, they’re now making money from all angles. Other businesses are thriving. A leadership that has vision, not the one that wants us to fry akara.
Nothing happens by fluke brethren. Nothing.
lol Charles, you are just another irrelevant idiot, who do not matter.
I do not tweet for you, neither do you cross my mind when I tweet.
Tweeting what you like or what sits with you makes me the best, once it does not, I'm the worst. God forbid the day I listen to human beings lol.
You are not the one that will tell me if I know something or not, you are irrelevant Charles, your validation does not matter. To add, you are just another idiot on the internet looking for people to please him. Gedifok jare, ode
• Very observant
• Can read you like a book
• Very easy to detach from people who don't respect them
• Don't care about other people's validation
• Calm and chill personality
• Will choose to be alone than date rubbish
• Talk less and do more
• If they like you, it's a solid one
• Will choose their peace over discomfort or disrespect
• They don't need to engage in different activities or events outside to meet people. They create their own happiness indoors
• Don't take their silence as weakness. They're dangerous people to mess around with
TO DADDY FREEZE, KOKOPEE, NEDU, NEOOFFICIAL, SHOLA AND OTHERS DEFENDING PELLER.
Let us stop being INTELLECTUALLY DISHONEST.
Nobody would come for Peller if he simply faced his TIKTOK, did his SKITS, made his MONEY and moved on.
Nobody is angry that he is POPULAR.
Nobody is angry that he is making MONEY.
Nobody is angry that he did not go to the UNIVERSITY.
The problem is that he deliberately started insulting EDUCATED PEOPLE.
He started mocking GRADUATES.
He started humiliating people with MASTER’S DEGREES.
He started laughing at CIVIL SERVANTS.
He started making it look like going to SCHOOL is a waste because Nigeria is dysfunctional enough to underpay EDUCATED PEOPLE.
That is where the problem started.
PELLER INITIATED THE ATTACK.
So stop pretending people woke up one morning and started attacking him for no reason.
He called MASTER’S DEGREE holders for interviews and humiliated them.
Daddy Freeze, I am sure you have worked for people before.
How would you feel if your EMPLOYER invited you for an interview, not to assess you fairly, but to INSULT you and use your condition for CONTENT?
Would you call that COMEDY?
Would you call that SURVIVAL?
Would you clap for it?
That is what this young man has been doing.
And instead of telling him the TRUTH, some of you are massaging his EGO.
Kokopee, Peller is not the first person who did not go to UNIVERSITY and still became successful.
Cosmas Maduka did not follow the conventional university path, but he built COSCHARIS.
Razaq Okoya did not follow the conventional academic path, but he built ELEGANZA.
Innocent Chukwuma of Innoson did not go through university, but he built a serious MANUFACTURING BRAND.
Cletus Ibeto started from BUSINESS and APPRENTICESHIP before building the IBETO GROUP.
How many times have you seen these people gather GRADUATES to humiliate them?
How many times have you seen them mock TEACHERS?
How many times have you seen them insult CIVIL SERVANTS?
How many times have you seen them laugh at MASTER’S HOLDERS and PhD holders?
They did not do that because WISE PEOPLE respect KNOWLEDGE.
Wise people who did not go far in school do not mock EDUCATION.
They understand that society cannot function without TRAINED MINDS.
So Peller should calm down.
He is not the first person to make money without UNIVERSITY.
He is not the first person to survive outside the CLASSROOM.
He is not the first person to become popular without a DEGREE.
But he is choosing to use his own VISIBILITY to insult people who chose a different path.
That is WRONG.
Kokopee, when you say “create something wey work,” create with what?
With which TECHNOLOGY?
The same technology Peller mocks?
The PHONE he uses.
The INTERNET that carries his videos.
The APPS that made him popular.
The CAMERA.
The MICROPHONE.
The BANK APPS.
The PLATFORMS.
All of them came from systems of KNOWLEDGE, RESEARCH, ENGINEERING, SOFTWARE, DESIGN and serious LEARNING.
Do you know how many NIGERIAN STUDENTS can create better things if they are properly FUNDED?
Do you know how many GRADUATES can build serious technology if the system gives them the RESOURCES, LABORATORIES, GRANTS, MENTORSHIP and OPPORTUNITIES they need?
Why is Peller mocking people because a DYSFUNCTIONAL COUNTRY failed to support them properly?
That is not WISDOM.
That is IGNORANCE enjoying government failure.
Kokopee kept mentioning KAI CENAT and ISHOWSPEED.
How many times have you seen Kai Cenat insult people who went to SCHOOL?
How many times have you seen IShowSpeed gather GRADUATES to humiliate them?
They do their CONTENT and move.
They entertain.
They build their AUDIENCE.
They are not constantly trying to prove that EDUCATION is useless.
So why is Peller’s own confidence tied to disrespecting EDUCATED PEOPLE?
That is the question.
Shola, tell him the TRUTH.
Tell him to stop insulting GRADUATES.
Tell him he is not better than them.
