I never have been much of a public person, I never really used facebook, instagram or any other social media platform besides twitter. And on twitter I have always been a consumer not a producer.

I like being in the background, building and then seeing my creations get the attention and praise.

I think it also has to do with control, I really like being in control, and once something goes on the world wide web, you lose all control.

Yesterday was a very bittersweet day, we launched Wall3 after months of intense focus and hard work, planning for everything, going over every little detail over and over again.

And the results were there, we had a great launch, there was real excitement, we could see that the crypto community really resonated with our vision. We were all set for our public product launch.

Then I lost control, literally, we lost access to our X account. @Wall3_Labs (HACKED ACCOUNT!). The happiness about the launch was replaced by a short period of frustration and followed by getting back to work with even more determination.

For a second it brought me back to my other struggles over the past 20 years as a builder.

When I had the acquisition of a company fall through resulting in a near bankruptcy and then that same company went on to sell for almost 20X the original amount.

Or when I in my teens was hustling buying and selling domain names and I would get scammed by a PayPal credit card chargeback. It never stopped me.

I could tell hundreds of stories of how it never goes as you plan it, but in the end the difference between a good and a bad entrepreneur is next to loving what you do, having resilience.

So we are not going to let the X hack get in the way of our product launch. So we migrated to a new X handle: @Wall3_RL

I don’t post much on X, maybe I should really start now. I think I tried once in 2024 ;). But this is really exciting!

Four years ago my best friend @daywalker182 sent me a glossy wealth-management plan. I threw it in the bin. That afternoon in Amsterdam we started discussing an idea what would become https://t.co/j8DGBStzSS in 2024, and the idea of a pocket CIO, as well as the new genesis of ETF’s: tokenized funds. Those last two parts are now built under Wall3. All our work is with the purpose of improving the quality of money management for everyone, not just those who can afford it. To focus more on actual performance, and not just on selling products.

In all these endeavors I pour the experience and sweat equity I spent more than a decade developing at firms like NNIP ( in a team managing Billions in capital), later acquired by GS, where we managed the wealth of affluent families.

NINA, A system with at its core a macro engine that aims to protect in long lasting crashes and seeks outperformance in rallies. Where we combine frontier quant foundations with agentic AI desks (been working on building agent graphs and harnesses long before we called them agents or had any of these terms).

No research is always right, no crystal balls exist, but we stick with it and aim to be right roughly ~55% of the time, thus comfortably defeating the global equity market with a 5 year horizon.
