Just a crosscheck i performed - I checked the serial number from the box on apples coverage site and shockingly it says that it was registered on 17th July 2025, covered till 17th July 2026.

Fast forward to amazon customer service call at 9.15pm The guy says he has raised a request (idk what request) but since it is too late nobody from senior team is available to approve the same. He will call me back the next day. i.e today between 1-3pm. So did he.
