At approximately 10:45 a.m. this morning, the Dearborn Fire Department extinguished a kitchen fire at a home on Payne Court. Fortunately, everyone was safe, including the family cat. Thank you, Dearborn firefighters!

It is with deepest regret and sorrow to report the line-of-duty death of Firefighter Jessie Henry, IAFF 14th District Local 4993, Bossier/Bienville Professional Fire Fighters. Brother Henry, 28, died on Dec. 18, 2021 from injuries received while performing apparatus maintenance.
