@AmericanAir please..please..stop bombarding paying clients with credit card sales pitches. It’s tacky and annoying. Never had that happen on a Delta flight. Geesh
@Delta Ironically the entire staff on the plane and the airport agrees with me. If a passenger with oxygen has to be verified why can’t a person with an animal go through the same process? This policy puts the pilot, attendants and airport gate personnel in a bad spot. Address this!
@Delta This animal was not a service animal. According to the Red Coat it was an emotional support animal. Either way the animal should not impede of the personal space of other passengers. Make them buy the whole row then
@Delta the dogs on these flights are out of control. Full size lab behind my first class seat and the dogs head is in between my seat and the tail against the other side of my seat. Please stop
