Did you know the song, "HalleluYah", is based on the last verse in the book of Psalms?
Psa 150:6 Let everything that breathes praise Yah. HalleluYah!
David tells us in verse 4 of chapter 68, that the Father's name is Yah.
This scripture and many others confirm that the family name of our heavenly Father is Yah.
HalleluYah is actually a command for men to Praise YaH.
Many prophets had also carried this family name.
HezekiYah means, "Yah strengthens".
ZechariYah means "Yah remembers".
ObadiYah means, "Servant of Yah".
NehemiYah means, "Yah comforts".
And my favorite is EliYah (Elijah) which means "My El (god) is Yah".
Even the original name of our Messiah, Yah'Shua has quite significant meaning, "Yah is Salvation" or "Yahweh Saves". When we cry out the name Yahshua, we are calling out to Yahweh to save us.
Perhaps this explains why scripture says our Messiah has the only name by which men must be saved.
(This same name Yahshua was also prophesied in ZechariYah 6:11-12 for The Branch).
Of course, the Son will carry His father's name. All sons do, whether by adoption or biologically.
(The latinized Greek name, Jesus, came many centuries later through translations. The meaning, "Yahweh Saves" is lost in this new name)
It's time we return back to the name that matters! Yahshua the Messiah is the one we've been waiting for.
Now you know!
HalleluYah.
@scott_46gsmer@TONYxTWO Man Trump ain't too bright sometimes. He sure missed this one, unless McNeal has some closet issues we don't know about. Thanks. I did not know this.
@realredsd It really means nothing if he doesn't get 35 percent of the votes. Runoff against either other candidate leaves Toby pretty vulnerable. It'll be tough to win against the RINO's voters.
