Pushing QLD to a minority government so a Motley Crue coalition would be required to govern - speeding up a Labor return to power - may be what Labor voters are after.

I guess we’ll find out.

If the rise of ON is hardest in LNP seats - as MMP polls suggest, it would mean that seat 2PP is LNP vs ON. ALP preferences determining the winner.

This puts safe LNP seats at risk.

Which is why this poll would worry them.

Most of ON intent comes from regional seats.

Most of Labor support is urban.

QLD electorates split about 50/50 urban/regional.

So the majority of seats under threat from ON on these numbers are LNP seats.
