୪୬ତମ ରାଜ୍ୟ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ ବୈଠକରେ ମହିଳା ଓ ଶିଶୁ ବିକାଶ ବିଭାଗର ‘ଯଶୋଦା’ ଯୋଜନା ଏବଂ ଏହାର ଉପ-ଯୋଜନା ‘ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ’କୁ ଆଗାମୀ ୫ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ବୃଦ୍ଧିକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ । ଶିଶୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷା, କଲ୍ୟାଣ ଓ ସଶକ୍ତିକରଣ ଦିଗରେ ଏହା ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ।
