I was just thinking about this the other day... I feel like corporations being legally handled like people financially has caused an imbalance in the power structure. Joe Blow doesn't have a say in most corporations because he doesn't sit on the board and doesn't control the interest of the corporation. Corporations have influence a Politian money that Joe Blow also doesn't have. Joe Blow has lost his voice to the Corporate interest. IDK Its broken either way.
